Sometimes you don’t need another person telling you what you should do.
You need someone who can help you see what you haven’t been able to see on your own.
Energetic Repatterning is a one-on-one conversation designed to help you recognize the patterns influencing your experiences and explore practical ways to shift in the direction you want to go.
OFTEN, WE ARE TOO CLOSE TO THE SITUATION TO SEE IT CLEARLY
You may know what keeps happening. You may even have theories about why. But when you’re living inside a situation, it can be difficult to recognize the pattern shaping it.
That’s where an outside perspective can help.
I listen for the connections beneath the surface - the details that seem unrelated, the things you almost didn’t mention, and the energetic patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we explore what they may be revealing about the energy, beliefs and expectations influencing your experience.
And sometimes, that previously elusive "A-ha! moment" arrives:
“OMG. That makes so much sense. I totally do that!”
That moment of recognition is where change begins.

This offering grew out of something my clients kept asking for:
“Can we just book for the talking part? That’s helped me so much!”
In my studio, we start every Reiki session with a verbal check-in. Sometimes those talks end up being not so quick, but ultimately, they uncover valuable insights before we even get to the Reiki table.
They tell me that what we talked about beforehand helped them make a connection they hadn’t recognized before - which made it easier for them to shift their energy and reactions to the events in their life.
Eventually, some began asking if they could have just the conversation without the Reiki session attached.

WHAT AN ENERGETIC REPATTERNING CONVERSATION IS LIKE
There isn’t a script.
You bring me the story - something that keeps happening, a relationship that has you questioning what’s going on, or a situation you want to change but can’t quite understand.
We talk.
I listen for the threads running through the story, and we pull at the ones worth exploring. Sometimes a seemingly insignificant detail changes the way the whole situation looks. Sometimes the pattern has been there all along.
And then:
The penny drops.
We’ve found your true starting point.
From there, we look at what that awareness means for you and what you want to do with it.
The conversation is shaped by you and what emerges between us, rather than a pre-determined formula.
I’ll offer practical tools and perspectives based on what we uncover, but what happens next is ultimately up to you. The shift doesn’t happen simply because we had the conversation - it happens when you recognize the pattern and begin applying what you’ve discovered.
There are no endless check-ins or on-going coaching sessions required. You leave with a clearer understanding of what may be influencing your experience and tools you can choose to use as you move forward.
Whether we meet online from anywhere in the world or in person in Langley, whether we meet once or several times, the purpose is the same: to look at what’s happening from a different angle and see what you couldn’t quite see before.

It isn’t traditional life coaching, and I’m not here to tell you what you should do.
While I’m a Reiki Master, Energetic Repatterning is not a Reiki treatment.
It is a private, one-on-one conversation that offers an intuitive and energetic perspective on the patterns influencing your experience.
Ultimately, you decide whether this way of looking at things feels right for you.
