Reiki is an Experience, not a Performance.
At Spirit River Reiki, we believe energy work is a gentle way to reconnect with ourselves. It asks us to slow down, create space for healing and live more intentional lives.
It's not about 'fixing' anything wrong with you. You're not broken. It is about reintroducing you to your own vibrational power. It's about helping you reclaim your both your energy and emotional regulation.
Every person experiences Reiki differently. Some feel a deep sense of relaxation, some notice warmth or 'floaty' sensations throughout the body. Some experience emotional release, and others simply leave feeling calmer and more grounded. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki.
Our approach combines traditional Reiki practice, the science of vibration and the intuitive guidance/grounded understanding of how stress, emotions, and everyday life affect our overall wellbeing. Each session is unique, because each person is unique. Our intention is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can take breath and allow your own healing process to unfold.
Spirit River Reiki is a safe space where you can be authentic, vulnerable or just take a peaceful nap. You will never be judged in my presence. I know too well what that feels like and I don't ever want to be the reason someone else feels that way. I look forward to working with you to further your health and wellness goals!
