Cancellation Policy

SPIRIT RIVER REIKI PRIVATE CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Cancellation Policy Classes - Reiki Level I, II There is a 30 day "Buyers Remorse" period offering a Full Refund for Class Fees, providing that NO CLASSES have been attended by the participant within 30 days of the Date of Purchase. Spirit River Reiki considers attendance of a Class within the 30-day "Buyers Remorse" period, as tacit agreement that NO Class Fee Refunds will be given and the Buyers Remorse clause has been waived by the Student. Savings Packages Discounted Savings Packages are considered a Final Sale and No refunds will be given. All Savings Packages are active for one (1) Calendar Year from date of purchase. Any remaining sessions at the end of the year will be donated towards an in-studio Compassionate Care Sponsorship recipient. Colds & Flus Please consider the well-being of others before coming in for your session or class with signs of a cold or flu. It is best to stay home, drink fluids, rest and recover. If you are unsure, please phone the studio directly to discuss. Session/Weekly Class Cancellations We kindly ask you call, text or email the studio promptly if you are unable to attend your session or class. We request that you give us 24 hours notice. Evening and weekend sessions are in high demand and your early cancellation notice will give another client the opportunity to make use of your allotted time. No Show Policy Missed Session / Weekly Class A no-show / missed session / class is someone who misses an appointment without 24 hours notice given via telephone, email or text. No shows or missed sessions/classes inconvenience both myself and other clients who are in need of support. At Spirit River Reiki, our goal is to provide quality service in a professional and timely manner. Please note that no shows, missed sessions and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be non-refundable if paid online. For those paying in-studio, 2 or more missed sessions without prior notice will preclude you from booking future sessions at Spirit River Reiki. We respect our time as well as our clients time. We have implemented these policies in order to make it efficient and fair for all involved.
